大田市 商業地域의 土地利用패턴에 관한 硏究 = (A) study on the landuse pattern of commercial area in Taejon city

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Due to the urbanization growth, the result of research for the moving phenomena of landuse pattern of commercial area in Taejon is following:
1. CBD boundary clearly shows the population density-daughnut and the various factor's function relation has a remarkable turning point : therefore, the CBD boundcary in Taejon proves to be area including Eunhaeng-dong, Joong-dong, Won-dong, and Jeong-dong.
2. Commerical area shows five-level organized spatial tructure. The relationship between the variables is made by computer(dependent variable, ratio of road, land value, and the distance from the highest land value are variables): the result is that the commercial distribution in Taejon has a very close relation with the ratio of road.
3. The moving direction of the highest land value is toward the west-north western from the one in 1978 and mostly overlapped with the commercial area spread.
