This experiment has been conducted in the state of hepatisation caused from oral administration of chloroform in to Albino rat, in which the variation of LDH isozyme in the liver and serum have been compared in separation by the method of cellulose acetate electrophoresis, and the activities of LDH and LDH isozyme have been measured by colorimetric method.
The results were as follows;
1. The LDH activity of liver has shown some increase of about 4.00X10' B-B unit from 2nd week to 4th week, but no great variations have been in the LDII activity of serum.
2. There have been no great variations, in the LDH isozyme pattern of serum, but at 4th week a new pattern of LDH, has come out in the LDH isozyme of liver, while the LDH, has been decreased.
