실행증 환자에서의 인지운동치료가 수행능력에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of Cognitive Therapeutic Exercise on Performance Abilities With Apraxia Patients

Objective: The purpose of this study was to provide fundamental data about the effects of sensory information conversion training based on the Cognitive Therapeutic Exercise on executive capability. Methods: Single strock subject was recruited and evaluated by LOTCA. A 3 week intervention period five times a week for thirty minutes was followed during which the patient participated in sensory information conversion training. LOTCA test was used to compare the change between pre-and post-intervention effects. Results: Participant showed increase in spatial perception and motor praxis areas, and improvement in executive capability. Conclusion: The definition of Apraxia is not yet clear and treatment is also limited. Such results suggest that Cognitive Therapeutic Exercise has a positive effect on executive ability related to LOTCA subareas and will be effective on Apraxia as a new approach.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

목적: 인지운동치료에 근거한 감각정보변환 훈련이 뇌졸중으로 인한 실행증 환자의 수행능력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고 실행증 치료를 위한 기초 자료를 제시하기 위함이다. 방법: 2009년 9월부터 10월까지 뇌졸중으로 인한 실행증 환자를 대상으로 3주 동안 주 5회 30분씩, 총 14회 인지운동치료이론에 근거한 감각변환훈련을 실시하였다. 실행증 환자의 치료 전후의 수행능력에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위하여 LOTCA를 실시하였다. 결과: 감각변환훈련 전에 비하여 공간지각과 운동실행 항목에서 LOTCA 점수가 증가하였다. 인지운동치료 프로파일을 통한 관찰에서도 수행능력의 변화를 보였다. 결론: 인지운동치료이론에 근거한 감각변환훈련은 실행증 환자의 전반적인 수행능력 향상에 효과적으로 보인다. 앞으로 다양한 환자에서의 수행능력변화에 대한 연구가 계속되기를 바란다.
