The aim of this paper is to research the development Foodservice Industry.
In accordance with the increases of leisure time and the living conditions improve foodservice industries were grown up an enormous market.
In many approaches to resolve these problems, the disposal Food-garbage contribute to the saving of resources and energy and to the preservation of environment.
There are three strategies as follow;
1) Reduce strategies
2) Resources strategies
3) Standard menu strategies
This paper is expected to contribute to the development of the foodservice Industry and the preservation of environment.
