Social network and social capital in the context of organization has gained considerable attention in recent years. In this paper, we attempt to provide methods of creating social capital to enhance competitiveness of individual, company, region etc. Methods of building social capital including various contracts like alliances, collaborations etc., leader’s initiatives to bring it up, e-integration between individuals, companies and any other groups, holding of colorful events by the participants etc., are provided by strategic networks.
The dimensions of social capital, structural dimension, relational dimension, cognitive dimension, influence each other and social capital have traits much to be useful for organizations and networks.
