THE students at the Royal Academy of Music listened with great enjoyment to the recollections of one of their favourite professors, Mr. Oscar Beringer, when he related them in the concert hall on the 6th and 13th ult., in a couple of lectures on "Fifty years of pianoforte playing." We interviewed Mr. Beringer in The Musical Herald for November last, but in the course of a two hours' talk he had, of course, many additional experiences to tell.
