This study was performed to know what extent the rate of satisfaction for the league bowling alley facility and service and to run the bowling alley efficiently to find out the service arid facility which necessary for the bowling alley. Also this study was for the supplies of the data for making bowling leisure into sports and necessary for the enlargement of the lowest stratum of the bowler. The object of study was the league bowler`s who played the bowling regularly in the 260 bowling alleys. Their trait is the following. 430 (53.8%) people were the males and 370 (46.3%) people were females, 333 (41.6%) people were the unmarried and 467 (46.7%) was the married. 345 (43.1%) people were in their thirties, 262 (32.8%a) people were in their twenties. 235 (23.9%) people were the housewife, 128 (16.0%) people were the office worker and 95 (11.9%) people was the independent enterprise. With regard to the school career 298 (37.3%) people the high school graduate, 211 (26.4%) people were the college graduate, 233 (29.1%) people were the university graduate and 32 (4%) people were to the graduate school, 26 (3.25%) people were the rest. And their career ranged from one year to eight years. The bowling level ranged from 130 standard scare to 200. The level of income ranged from 450,000 won to 1,530,000. The rate of expectation satisfaction for the league bowler`s bowling alley facility and service is following. The employee`s attitude of service, the condition ref heating and cooling, parking lot, the condition of lane arrangement, the cleanness of facility, the discount sales of games, the convenience of general facility, the necessary tume of lane arrangement appeared very good. Their rate of expectation satisfaction ranged from 4.06 to 4.40. The variety of convenience, the condition of game progress, the viewing of game appeared not bad. Their rate of acknowledgement satisfaction ranged from 3.73 to 3.95. The cleanness of bathroom, the information of game, the convenience of store is relatively bad. Their rate of acknowledgement satisfaction ranged from 3.64 to 3.76.
