      Purpose : Security personnel can play a key role in the management of private security companies. But on the practical working conditions and job instability caused by poor showing along with the resulting emotional labor and job stress of working conditions, due to the frequent turnover intentions management of private security companies are also showing a situation where instability. The purpose of this study was to target the security personnel to the job stress due to emotional labor investigate the effect on turnover intention. Methods : For the purposes of this study, survey researchers to private security companies to directly visit by operators of private security companies cooperate explain the purpose of the present study and self-distributed under the direct writing assessment questionnaire respondents based legislation (self-administration method ) after the instruction to respond with a completed questionnaires were collected. The resulting data were collected to answer the questionnaire after the reliability and dual-fill material that tteoleojindago, Blank data are excluded from the analysis, coding (coding) only valid samples in accordance with the instructions of the coding. The collected data is statistically analyzed, the questionnaire was treated in the following way by using the SPSS 18.0 program. Conclusion : First, the emotional labor and emotional labor as a result of job stress analysis is sub-factors of the job characteristics of job stress, role-related, relationships, Compensation, Career Development, was to influence the organizational characteristics. Second Second, analysis of the degree of emotion labor and labor turnover feeling appeared to affect the degree of separation. Third, the analysis of the degree of separation between Job Stress and Job stress was found to influence the degree of separation.
