김삿갓문화제에 대한 고찰 = A Study on the Kim Sak-Kat Cultural Festival

국문 초록 (Abstract)

지방자치화시대가 시작된 1990년대 지방경제의 큰 보탬이 되고, 지역주민들과 화합을 위하여 지역축제가 전국적으로 개발되었다. 지역축제는 지역의 발전을 이끌 수 있는 큰 동력이기 때문에 지방자치단체는 새로운 소재발굴과 자원화를 위해 이를 적극적으로 활용했다.
이런 시대적 상황 속에 강원도 영월에서도 지역의 특성을 살린 인물을 자원화하여 지역을 홍보하고 주민들의 소득을 증대 시킬 수 있는 축제를 시행해오고 있다. 그 중 하나가 바로 김삿갓문화제이다. 영월은 김삿갓시인의 문학적 가치와 한시의 우수성을 널리 알리기 위해 김삿갓문화제를 개최하고 있다.
인물자원을 활용한 다양한 관광상품이 전국적으로 개발이 되고 있는 현 시점에서 김삿갓 자원을 문화콘텐즈화하여 지역의 부가가치를 창출할 수 있는 김삿갓문화제가 되어야 한다.
구체적인 김삿갓문화제의 활성화방안은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 김삿갓문학관과 연계하여 다양한 사업을 추진한다.
둘째, 김삿갓문화제의 명확한 목표를 설정해야 한다.
셋째, 김삿갓문화제의 홍보를 장기적으로 추진한다.

In 1995，the local autonomy system began, and the regional festival was developed nationwide to prepare a place for harmony and communication with local residents. Regional festivals are a great driving force to lead the development of the region, so local governments actively use it to find and resources new materials.
In this situation, in Yeongwol, Gangwon -do, it has been implementing a festival that can promote the region and increase the income of residents by volunteering with the characteristics of the region. One of them is the Kim Sak-Kat Cultural Festival. Yeongwol is holding the Kim Sak-Kat Cultural Festival to promote the literary value of the poet and the excellence of the poem.
At this point when various tourism products using character resources are being developed nationwide, it should be a Kim Sak-Kat Cultural Festival that can create the added value of the region by cultural contents of Kim Sak-Kat resources.
The specific way to revitalize the Kim Sak-Kat Cultural Festival is as follows.
First, we will promote various projects in connection with the Kim Sak-Kat Literature Museum.
Second, we must set a clear goal of the Kim Sak-Kat Cultural Festival.
Third, it will promote the promotion of the Kim Sak-Kat Cultural Festival in the long run.
