      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      This study analyzed tasks and practical plans of admonitory education through preceding studies and investigated proper plans of admonitory education in schools.
      The realities of admonitory education are like these. First, admonitory education for students is mainly practiced limited to “instructive stories” so that students tend to accept it cynically. Second, it should be practiced through “moving admonitory speeches” as means of intentional education of human nature, but in reality it isn't. Third, principals want to invest much time in admonitory education in the number of times but students don't want it frequently. Fourth, both principals and students recognize it mostly deal with contents related to education of human nature.
      Tasks of admonitory education are following.
      First, it should not let students recognize all the admonitory speeches are exactly alike. Second, contents of admonitory speeches should be various. Third, its importance should be recognized from the viewpoint of education of human nature. Fourth, its frequency and time should be properly controlled. Fifth, it should minimize what work as impeding elements to students.
      Improvement plans of admonitory education are following.
      First, its contents should be various. Second, it should reinforce contents related to education of human nature. Third, it should fix proper frequency and time and keep them. Fourth, it should solve impeding elements in advance. Fifth, it needs to diversify ways of admonitory education.
