일부 종합병원 간호사가 경험한 간병인의 업무 실태 조사 = A Study on the job activity of care giver in general hospital nurse

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study attempted to analize nurse's experiences about care giver including nurse's recognition of care giver's existence, the helping part of occupational care giver's activities, problems between occupational care giver and nurse, readucation contents, and to be wanted management organ and each variable.
The subjects of the study are 246 nurses who are working at general hospitals. The study informations gathered using structured questionnaire which consisted of 25 items. The reliability of the instrument was cronbach's α = 0.8219. The collected data was analized by SAS program for the statistics of percent, t-test, ANOVA, and friedman test. The study results were as follows:
1.For the nurse's recognition of care giver's existence 90.2% of nurses(224 nurses) who felt occupational care giver's existence was helpful.
2.Care giver's conditions which were wished to nurses were in oder of following: attitude(1.67), skill(2.80), services mind(2.85), experience(3.67), and educational level(4.00).
3.For the nurse's recognition of care giver's needed readucation 99.2%(244 nurses) of nurses who felt occupational care giver's existence was helpful.
4.Care giver's readucation which needed to nurses were in oder of following : decubitus ulcer, personal hygiene, position, emergency care, nasal inhalation, exercise, naso gastric feeding, urination, nutrition, sitz bath.
5.Care giver's activities which were implementated service were in oder of following : personal hygiene, elimination aids, humidifiers operation, reduce anxiety and discomfort, feeding, change position, exercise, apply hot bag and ice bag, lifting, early ambulation, deep breathing, coughing, saftey management, arrangement, suction, drug fed and conform and collecting the specimen et al.
