회복탄력성이 기업실패 창업가의 창업의도에 미치는 영향- 창업경험, 역할모델, 창업교육의 조절효과를 중심으로 - = The Impact of Resilience on Entrepreneurial Intention of Failed Entrepreneur: Focus on the Moderating Role of Entrepreneurial Experience, Role Model and Entrepreneurial Education

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Startup failures serve as positive or negative aspects to entrepreneurs. There is a positive aspectthat the business failure experience of the entrepreneur can be motivated and capitalized forre-startup. On the other hand, entrepreneurs who had undergone business failures have a negativeimpact on their low willingness to re-startup because of the burden of failure. This study dealt withthe impact of resilience dimensions on entrepreneurial intention of failed entrepreneurs. In theserelationships, we also analyzed moderating role of entrepreneurial experience, role model, andentrepreneurial education. There are few studies on business failures because it is difficult to trackdown failed entrepreneurs and to gather data from them is limited due to the unwillingness of theirresponse. This study has a value in terms of collecting data from the failed entrepreneurs andemploying empirical approach.
The results showed that positivity and sociality as dimensions of resilience had positive impacts onentrepreneurial intention. However, control had no significant influence on entrepreneurial intention.
Next, entrepreneurial experience, role model, and entrepreneurial education as moderating variablesdid not show any significant interaction effects between dimensions of resilience and entrepreneurialintention. Finally, the implications, limitations and future study directions based on the study resultsare discussed in the end.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

기업실패는 창업가에게 긍정 또는 부정으로 영향을 미친다. 창업가의 기업실패 경험은 재창업의 동기부여가 되며 자산화할 수 있다는 긍정적 측면이 있다. 반면에 기업실패를 겪은 창업가는 실패에 대한 부담감으로 재창업 의지가 저해되는 부정적 결과를 낳기도 한다. 본 연구에서는기업실패를 경험한 창업가를 대상으로 하여 회복탄력성의 구성차원별로 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. 그리고 이들 관계에서 창업경험, 역할모델, 창업교육이 갖는 조절효과를분석하였다. 실패한 창업가들을 추적하는 것이 어렵고 자료 수집에 한계가 있어 기업실패에 관한 연구가 많지 않다는 점에서 본 연구는 기존 연구들과 차별점이 있다.
연구결과, 회복탄력성 구성차원으로 사회성과 긍정성은 창업의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 통제성은 창업의도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 다음으로 조절변수로 설정한 창업경험, 역할모델, 창업교육은 회복탄력성이 기업실패 경험 창업가의 창업의도에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 상호작용효과를 보이지 않는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 후반부에 본 연구의 이론적, 실무적 시사점과 연구의 한계, 그리고 향후 연구 방향에 대해 제시하였다
