동영상 정보 활용이 심장 CT검사 대상자에게 미치는 영향 = The Effect of Using Video Information that Influences on the Subjects of Cardiac CT

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 일개 대학병원에 심장 CT검사를 받기 위해 내원한 환자를 대상으로 심장 CT검사 교육 동영상과 심장 CT검사 교육 안내문 안내 도구를 적용하여 검사 만족도 및 활력징후의 변화를 알아보고자 심장 CT검사 교육 동영상 집단 50명을 실험군으로, 심장 CT검사 교육 안내문 집단 50명을 대조군으로 하여 연구를 진행하였다.
조사된 자료를 카이제곱 검증을 통하여 연구 대상자의 분포형태와 두 집단의 동질성을 파악하였고, 독립표본 t-검정을 활용하여 심장 CT검사 인지도, 불안감, 만족도 차이를 분석하였다. 활력징후의 경우에는 대응표본 t-검정을 활용하여 전-후 차이를 비교하였다.
이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 심장 CT검사 교육 동영상 집단과 심장 CT검사 교육 안내문 집단의 심장 CT검사 인지도는 동영상 집단에서 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다.
둘째, 심장 CT검사 교육 동영상 집단과 심장 CT검사 교육 안내문 집단의 불안감 차이에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다.
셋째, 심장 CT검사 교육 동영상 집단의 만족도가 심장 CT검사 교육 안내문 집단의 만족도보다 더 높게 측정되었다.
넷째, 심장 CT검사 교육 동영상 집단과 심장 CT검사 교육 안내문 집단의 검사 전-후 활력징후의 변화는 동영상 집단에서 맥박이 유의하게 낮아졌다.
결론적으로 심장 CT검사를 받기 위해 내원하는 환자들에게 검사에 대한 사전 교육 동영상을 활용하는 것이 환자의 검사 방법 인지도, 만족도, 활력징후에 대하여 긍정적인 효과가 있었음을 확인할 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The study applied the training video for cardiac CT and the tools and notice for the training on the patients who visited a university hospital to take the scan, and conducted the research to examine a satisfaction with the scan and changes in vitals sign, by targeting 50 people of ‘Cardiac CT Training Video Group’ as a test group and another 50 people of ‘Cardiac CT Training Notice Group’ as a control group.
Through chi-square testing method, I figured out the distribution type of the targets and homogeneity between the two groups and analyzed the differences in awareness for cardiac CT, anxiety, and satisfaction by using the independent sample t-test. I also compared before and after vitals sign by using the matching sample t-test.
The results of the study are as follows:
Firstly, the awareness for cardiac CT after the scan was meaningfully higher in the test group statistically.
Secondly, the comparison of anxiety before the scan was not meaningful statistically and even though the change in anxiety after the scan was higher in the test group, it was not meaningful statistically.
Thirdly, in the satisfaction of the two groups after the scan – assistance in the progress, assistance in the scan, and whether to watch the video again -, it was revealed that the test group was meaningfully higher statistically.
Lastly, looking into the changes in vitals sign in the two groups before and after the scan, I found that the pulse rate went down meaningfully in the test group.
Finally, it was revealed that using the prior training video to the patients who visited a hospital to take the scan had the positive effects in scan method awareness, satisfaction, and vitals sing of the patients.
