      This study aims to propose the theoretical background of the human-centered productivity and its practical management model. The philosophy of the human-centered productivity seeks for autonomy, fairness as a way to respect the autonomy, and happiness as the ultimate goal. In this study, autonomy is a source of creativity while creativity and innovation are a driving force of productivity. This study also proposes various empirical results that show the happier employees would generate the more enhanced creativity and productivity. This study proposed Stafford Beer`s Viable System Model as a reference model to practice the human-centered productivity. Measures for management models are presented such as autonomous MBO(Management by Objective) system, minimum control system, creative innovation system, and participative policy-making system. Employees will achieve the higher level of creativity and productivity for happiness, and their desire to organizational objective will be linked productivity level by getting rid of command-based hierarchical structure and implementing viability-based view point with participation and communication.
