TiO2 nanofiber was prepared by electrospinning method. The photocatalyst of TiO2 nanofiber were characterized by conducting TGA, FE-SEM and XRD. After calcination temperature of 500℃, the average diameter of TiO2 nanotibers decreased up to 69 nm from 154 nm due to reason of polymer removal. TiO2 nanofibers were obtained with anatase phase of 46%. These photocatalysts were evaluated for the decomposition of methylene blue under UV light at a different reaction temperatures. The photocatalytic degradation rate could be apply for first order equation by Langmuir-Hinshelwood. We calculated activation energy using Arrhenius equation. When the reaction temperatures are 30, 40, and 50℃, the degradation rate were 0.224, 0.262 and 0.301 hr(-1) respectively. The activation energy was 13.187 kJ/mol.
