This presentation presents the importance of MICE-related industries from the perspective of rural tourism. Through this, it discusses the basis and direction of utilization of MICE-related industries.
First, it presents the necessity of residential rural tourism and the expansion of rural tourism event experiences in the MICE-related industries. Second, it presents the systematic type of MICE-related industries from the perspective of rural tourism, which is related to expanding the image of rural tourism, inducing repeat visitors, and continuous purchase of agricultural products. In particular, it analyzes the case of MICE-related industries in Sinchang 2-ri, Pohangsi, Gyeongsangbuk-do, and confirms the importance of rural tourism. In addition, it presents the direction of MICE-related industries from the perspective of rural tourism, which presents the importance of securing the public's right to leisure and rural tourism activities led by local residents.
