西厓詩評에 對한 一考察 = A Study of Suh-ae's Poetry Comments

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The present paper has not only analyzed Suh-ae's comments on the famous ones among chinese poems written by chinese poets but demonstrated with various historical evidence that Suh-ae's comments on poems are very much highly evaluated by Suh-po. In addition, Suh-ae's position of poetry criticism reflected in the comments can be characterized by following eight items:
1) loyalty, justice, solemnity, and fidelity
2) sacredness
3) sentimental meditation
4) poetic suggestiveness
5) didactical character of the poetry
6) character free of status consciousness
7) frank and humble mindedness
8) loftiness of the purport
