우울민감성척도(LEIDS-R)의 한국어판 타당화 연구 = The Validation of the Korean Version of Leiden Index of Depression Sensitivity-Revised

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to validate the Korean version of the LEIDS-R with 322 college students in Geyng-buk or Daegu in South Korea, to examine psychometric properties. The Leiden Index of Depression Sensitivity - Revised (LEIDS-R)is a self-report measure to assess the cognitive reactivity to depression. The the original version of the LEIDS-R underwent forward and backward translation (Korean↔English) by two independent clinical experts (a certified clinical psychologist and graduate studen majored in clincial psychology) and a bilingua, ensuring semantic and structural equivalency
The findings of the study were the following.
First, to examine the construct validity of the LEIDS-R, exploratory factor analysis was executed. Factor analyses yielded a six-factor solution: ‘suicidality', 'control', 'rumination', 'harm avoidance', 'perfectionism', 'aggression'.
Second, for the sake of external validity of K-LEIDS-R, Participants completed a questionnaire consisting of the Korean-translated LEIDS-R, the Korean-Dysfuctional Attitudes Scale(K-DAS), the Beck Depression Inventory(BDI), and the Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview(MINI). They were all significantly correlated.
Third, for the sake of discriminant validity of the K-LEIDS-R, the each of sampling groups, which is the depression group and the tendency of suicide group, were divided in two groups and compared to K-DAS which calculated to the smilar contents to K-LEIDS-R. The t-test result indicated that K-LEIDS-R was more likly discriminated to the depression and the tendency of suicide group.
Forth, internal consistency of the Korean LEIDS-R was found to be adequate and the test-retest reliability indicated temporal stability of the scale.
These result suggest the Korean-LEIDS-R is a reliable and valid tool. Finally, the implications and limitation of the present study and suggestion for the future research were discussed.
