학생 간호사의 응급실 실습 중 이차 외상 극복 경험 = Student Nurse's Experience Overcoming Secondary Trauma During Emergency Room Practice

국문 초록 (Abstract)

목적 본 연구는 학생 간호사의 응급실 실습 중 이차 외상 극복 경험을 탐색하고자 실시하였다.
방법 본 연구를 위해 응급실 실습 경험이 있는 학생 간호사 5명을 모집하였고, 연구 참여자의 동의를 얻어 2025년 1월 1일부터2025년 1월 28일 동안 심층 면담을 시행하여 자료수집을 하였다. 수집된 자료는 경험의 구체적인 의미와 본질을 발견할 수 있는Giorgi의 현상학적 연구 방법 과정을 사용하여 연구 참여자의 경험을 분석하였다.
결과 연구 결과는 ‘충격’, ‘방어’, ‘소진되는 몸과 마음’, ‘갈등’, ‘안정 도모’, ‘입지구축’으로 총 6개의 상위 주제와 10개의 하위 주제, 50개의 의미 단위가 도출되었다.
결론 연구 결과를 바탕으로 학생 간호사의 응급실 실습 중 이차 외상 극복 경험을 현상학적 관점에서 이해할 수 있는 근거자료를제공함으로써 학생 간호사가 응급실 실습 중 이차 외상을 극복하고 간호교육에 전념할 수 있도록 하여 임상실습 교육의 질을 높이는데 이바지하고자 한다.

Objectives This study was conducted to explore the experience of overcoming secondary trauma during emer gency room practice of student nurses.
Methods For this study, five student nurses with experience in emergency room practice were recruited, and data were collected by conducting in-depth interviews from January 1, 2025 to January 28, 2025 with the consent of the study participants. The collected data analyzed the experiences of the study participants using Giorgi's phe nomenological research method process, which can discover the specific meaning and essence of the experience.
Results The results of the study were ‘shock’, ‘defense’, ‘burnout body and mind’, ‘conflict’, ‘stabilization’, and ‘location construction’, which resulted in a total of 6 upper themes, 10 lower themes, and 50 semantic units.
Conclusions Based on the results of the study, it is intended to contribute to improving the quality of clinical prac tice education by providing evidence to understand student nurses' experience of overcoming secondary trauma during emergency room practice from a phenomenological point of view.
