The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of online learning immersion of hair beauty majors on learning behavior, to find ways to improve students' self-directed learning ability, and to present basic data for academic counseling. To collect data for this study, a survey was conducted targeting men and women majoring in hair beauty in Seoul and Gyeonggi from February 1 to February 20, 2023. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were used for statistical analysis, and the results of the study are as follows. As a result of examining the effect of online learning immersion on learning behavior of hair beauty majors, the sense of control and clear goals showed significant results in all sub-factors of learning behavior, and the ability to challenge and loss of self-consciousness showed significant results in concentration strategy and problem solving. appeared. The online learning immersion of hair beauty majors can be said to be an important variable in learning behavior. Therefore, it is necessary to set strategic learning goals to increase the online learning immersion of hair beauty majors.
