2차적 성폭력의 발생과 피해정도 = 부산성폭력상담소 사례를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 그간 성폭력상담소 등에서 행해져 온 2차적 성폭력 근절사업을 중심으로 2차적 성폭력의 발생과 피해자에게 미치는 피해정도를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법은 사례분석(case study), 면접법(interview)을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2차적 성폭력은 경찰, 검찰, 법정, 의료기관, 가족 및 주변인, 가해자 및 그 가족 등에서 발생하였으며 특히 경찰, 검찰에서 가장 많이 발생하였다. 둘째, 2차적 성폭력은 살다보면 당할 수 있다고 생각하기도 했지만 성폭력 피해를 입은 후에 겪게 되는 2차적 성폭력으로 인한 고통이 더욱 크다고 하였다. 2차적 성폭력의 피해정도는 매우 광범위하게 나타났다. 이 논문은 연구상의 한계에도 불구하고 차적 성폭력에 대한 종합적인 발생과 그 피해정도를 살펴봄으로써 2차적 성폭력 근절의 계기를 마련하고 피해자들이 상처를 극복하고 자신의 권리를 찾을 수 있는 대안을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The research was intended to consider the actual conditions of secondary sexual violence and its impact upon the victim. The aim was also to present necessary measures for the elimination of secondary sexual harassment. For the purposes of this thesis, the definition of Secondary Sexual Violence is the repeated mental anguish suffered during the investigation process by police, prosecutors, and the social system. It is also prevalent in the prejudice of the courts, hospitals, and from the people associated with the perpetrator, including his/her family members. Research methods of study are case study and interview method. Research results can be summarized as follows. First, secondary sexual harassment has been frequent in the case of the police and prosecutors. Without separate interrogation rooms, the victims have been treated as an object rather than sufferer. Secondly, secondary sexual violence was widespread. The victims garnered social distrust and developed problems in interpersonal relationships. The mental aftereffects resulted in insomnia and an increase of incidents of attempted suicide. Secondary sexual harassment is the biggest obstacle to overcome damage for the complete healing of the victim.
