韓國海産食品의 細菌衛生學的 調査硏究 = Bacteriological and Sanitational research on Sea-Food in Korea

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

For the eletection of Basteriological and Sanitational examination was Carried out from the Samples of various kind of sea-food fishes, shells and other products.
This survey was executed chiefly from the 3 different sea port and fish market in Seoul during 5 months, from April to August, 1975.
Through with the Survey, all about of Summerizing result are as follows.
1. Number of staphylococcus sp isolated from the samples of various sea-food (2,224) were 172 strains (7.7%).
2. Number of Hemolysis strains among the 172 isolated staphylococcus sp were 127 strains, α-hemolysis strains were 52, β-hemolysis strains were 35, and the others were 40 ones.
3. α,β hemolysis strains among the 172 isolated staphylococcus sp through the experiment of rabbit mortality were 35 strains (40.2%).
4. Number of Salmonella Sp isolated from the Samples of various sea-food (2,224) were 362 strains (16.3%).
5. Result of serologiacal test among the 362 isolated salmonella Sp were S. typhimurium-13 strains (3.7%) and S. enteritidis-24 strains (6.6%).
6. Number of Vibrio parahemolyticus isolated from the samples (2,224) were 310 strains (13.9%).
7. Among the 310 isolated Vibrio parahemolyticus, agglutination positive ones to K-factor serum were found out as 218 strains.
8. Hemolysis positive strains among the 310 isolated sibrio parahemolyticus were found out 3 strain (0.9%).
9. Through the experiments of mice inoculation, the mortality of 310 isolated strains were; 5/5-11.2% (35 strains), and 0/5-76.8% (83 strains).
10. Number of clostridium welchii isolated from the samples (2,224) were 1109 strains (49.8%).
11. Among the 1109 isolated C1. welshii, β-hemolysis positive were 346 strains (31.9%).
12. Among the 1109 isolated C1. welshii, Hobbs type were 347 strains (31.3%).
13. Among the 347 collected Hobbs resistance type were 77 strains (22.2%).
14. Contamination rate of coliform group from the 2,224 samples were demonstrated 55.9% (1334 strains).
