한국 노인의 신체활동에 영향을 미치는 요인 = Factors Influencing Physical Activity of Korean Elderly

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to discover degree of physical activity among elderly in Korea and identify factors influencing the tendency to activity. For the study, it targeted 1293 elderly persons whose ages were above 65 for a final analysis except data whose physical activities related factors could not be evaluated from the data of the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, 2014. There was a difference in Gender(χ2=25.06, p〈.001), Age(t=5.56, p〈.001), City Size(χ2=35.78, p〈.001), Education(t=-7.45, p〈.001), Health condition(t=6.12, p〈.001), EQ-5D(t=-10.08, p〈.001), PHQ-9(t=6.23, p〈.001) and The sum chronic diseases(t=2.51, p=.01) according to physical activity. The above mentioned dependent factors were explicable causes of 15.4% of physical activity according to the regression model. Significantly predictors are age, education, EQ-5D. The further studies dealing with more factors, ranges and periods are needed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 우리나라 노인의 신체활동 정도와 신체활동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 실시되었다. 국민건강영양조사 자료 중에서 성실히 답한 자료만을 선택하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 대상자 수는 1293명이며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 21.0로 대상자의 일반적인 특성과 신체활동 관련 특성은 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차를 구하였다. 대상자 중 신체활동군과 비활동군 간의 일반적 특성 및 신체활동 관련 특성에 대한 차이의 비교는 카이제곱 검정과 t-test로 분석하였다. 신체활동 여부에 따라 성별(χ2=25.06, p〈.001), 나이(t=5.56, p〈.001), 도시크기(χ2=35.78, p〈.001), 교육(t=-7.45, p〈.001), 건강상태(t=6.12, p〈.001), 삶의 질(t=-10.08, p〈.001), 우울(t=6.23, p〈.001), 만성질환의 합(t=2.51, p=.01)에서 차이를 보였다. 이들 변수를 이용하여 다중 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 노인의 신체활동은 나이, 교육수준, 삶의 질(EQ-5D)에 의해 15.4% 예측되어졌다. 추후 좀 더 다양한 요인과의 분석과 다양한 기간을 두고 분석하는 다면적 연구 및 운동기간과의 연구 등이 필요하다고 사료된다.
