결혼이주민여성을 위한 한국어 디지털 교육 컨텐츠 UI 컨셉 제안 : 서비스디자인 방법론을 중심으로 = Korean Language Digital Education Contents UI Concept Proposal for Immigrant Spouses

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 한국은 다양한 사회적 배경에 의한 국제결혼이 급속도로 증가하는 추세이며, 이에 따라 국제결혼이민자의 수 역시 지속적으로 증가할 것으로 전망된다. 이를 지원하기 위해 정부는 다양한 정책을 시행하고 있으며, 그 중 결혼이민자들에게 가장 중요한 한국어교육 역시 다양한 경로를 통해 서비스 되고 있다. 하지만 결혼이민자를 위한 기존의 한국어교육서비스는 대상자에 대한 이해부족, 체계적이고 지속적인 서비스의 부재, 교육기관 이용의 불편함 등 적지 않은 문제점들로 인해 실효성이 높지 않은 상황이다. 본 연구는 결혼이민자를 위한 실질적인 한국어 디지털 교육 컨텐츠의 제공을 목표로 하고 있으며, 대상 집단의 특성을 관찰하고 체계적으로 분석하기 위해 서비스디자인의 방법론을 수정하여 활용하였다. 결혼이민자 대상의 한국어교육실태를 관찰하여 문제점을 파악하는 것에서부터 시작하여 다양한 방법론을 사용하였으며, 이는 향후 수용자 중심으로 제공되는 한국어 교육 서비스의 기초가 될 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Recently Korea has seen a significant hike in international marriage due to various social circumstances. Therefore, immigrants from those marriages are expected to grow constantly as well. In order to support international families, the Korean government is applying various kinds of policies and Korean language education, which is considered one of the most important factor to international families, is provided via numerous channels. Nevertheless, some say that the existing Korean education lacks effectiveness because it has poor understandings on the user as well as lack of systemic and stabilized service and what not. This study aims to provide practical Korean language education digital contents for the immigrant spouses. Moreover it applied service design tools to rightly inspect and analyze in a systematic way. The study starts from acknowledging the current Korean language education system which will allow us to know the problem itself and it was based on various methodologies to lay the foundation for the future Korean language education, based on the lesson-takers.
