觀光社會政策의 理念設定에 關한 硏究 = A Study on the Concept Formation of Tourism Social Policy

The purpose of this study is to form a theoretical foundation of tourism social policy which tries to meet the people's varies needs for tourism and to resolve the problems of tourism, by setting up its idea and target.
In Chapter 2, the concept of tourism social policy is defined as the government's indirect backup policy concerned with offering social services essential for creating tourism condition.
In Chapter 3, the concepts of tourism are surveyed in the documents of tourism, especially in ‘Charter of Leisure’ , ‘Manila Declaration on World Tourism’ , ‘The Copenhagen Charter’ , ‘The Columbia charter’.
In Chapter 4, the idea and the goal of tourism social policy is attempted to be set up. As the ideas of tourism social policy, those new ideas such as peace, ambience and culture are added to the general concepts of tourism policy, such as public benefit, equity, efficiency and participation. And the goals of tourism social policy to give shape to these ideas are
