土地 公槪念의 實相과 虛相 = The Actual and False Condition for the Public Concept of the Land in Korea

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

As the economy has been developed in our country which is too small in territory compared to overpopulation, the demand for the real estate is rapidly increased and this leads to the sudden rise of the real estate price.
On account of the above consequences, as the property income which is generated from the real estate is enhanced highly to the labor income in the weight of gross income, this brings about the disparity on wealth and poverty.
Also this leads to the rise in price and loss of labor will.
This study suggests items which should be arranged in order to eliminate bad effects generated from the real estate as conclusions.
