고기능 자폐성 장애 및 아스퍼거 장애의 사회성 관련 국내․외 중재연구 분석 = A Literature Review on Single Subject Research about Social skill Interventions for Students with High-Functioning Autism Disorder and Asperger Disorder

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 최근 10년(2008~2017) 동안 발표된 고기능 자폐성 장애와 아스퍼거 장애 학생을 대상으로 사회성 중재를 실시한 국내·외 단일대상연구를 분석하였다. 선정기준에 따라 총 34편(국내 14편, 국외 20편)을 수집하였다. 선정된 분석대상 논문에 대해 일반적인 연구 특성, 독립변인과 종속변인의 특성을 분석하였으며 연구의 질적 수준을 파악하기 위해 단일대상연구의 질적 지표를 활용하여 평가하였다. 그 결과, 첫째 연구는 최근 10년간 매해 꾸준히 발표되었으며 초등학생을 대상으로 연구가 가장 많이 실행되었다. 연구 방법은 국내는 치료실이라는 다소 분리된 환경에서 행동간 중다 기초선 설계 적용 연구가 많았고, 국외는 자연스러운 환경인 통합학급에서 대상자 간 중다 기초선 설계가 많이 적용되었다. 둘째, 독립변인은 인지중심의 중재가 가장 많았으며 그 중 상황이야기 중재가 많았다. 종속변인인 구체적인 사회성으로는 의사소통 기술을 가장 많이 교수하였다. 셋째, 분석연구의 질적 지표는 21가지 항목 중 평 균 19개(92%) 이상의 지표를 충족시키고 있었으며 총 34편의 연구 중 22편의 연구가 평균 이상의 질적 지표를 충족하였으며 21개 지표를 모두 충족한 연구는 10편이었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 향후 연구에 대해 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze theses written from 2008 to 2017 in order to look at the general features and trends of the single subject researches on the social skills of students with high functional autistic disorder or asperger disorder in domestic and foreign subjects. According to the selection criteria, 34 treatises(14 domestic papers and 20 overseas papers) were collected. For the purpose, research were analyzed in terms of participants, research design, setting, independent variables and dependent variables and e aluated them using quality indicators of single subject research to a standard for e idence-based practice(EBP) suggested by Horner et al.,(2005). As a result, firstly, the research has been published e ery year for the last 10 years, and the research has been conducted the most in elementary school students. Domestic research were carried in the treatment room as a setting and multiple baseline across behaviors design were used. Overseas research has been applied to multiple baseline across participants design in integrated class which is a natural environment. Second, the independent variables were cognitive - centered interventions. Third, the qualitative indicators of analytical research met the average of 19 (92%) out of the 21 items. Of the 34 studies, 22 studies met the above - average quality indicators and all 21 indicators were met It was ten. Future research is discussed based on these results.
