Regulation relating place of origin is stipulated under foreign trade law, customs law and FTA clauses. Such dispersion interrupts efficient implementation of the regulation.. Since there are more than one law governing place of origin regulations, contradiction and repetition occurs which deepens complexity of the regulation.
Therefore, in order to efficiently implement place of origin regulation, integration of related law is necessary. To rationalize place of origin regulation, convenience of consumer and manufacturer should be considered as well as easing the burden of manufacturer.
By analyzing drawbacks and origin judgment system of different law governing place of origin regulation, this study proposes improvement measurement reflecting traders and customer stance on place of origin regulation.
