유아교사의 직업적 웰빙과 소진의 관계에서 그릿의 매개효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유아교사의 직업적 웰빙과 그릿의 중요성을 인식하여 유아교사가 경험하는 소진을 낮추어 줄 수 있도록 하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위해 부산, 경남 지역에 소재한 유아교육기관에 근무하는 유아교사 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행한 뒤, Pearson 적률상관계수와 단계별 회귀분석 및 sobel test를 통하여 응답결과를 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 유아교사의 직업적 웰빙과 그릿은 소진과부적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직업적 웰빙과 관심의 일관성 순으로 유아교사의 소진 및 정서적 고갈과 비인간화에 미치는 상대적 영향력이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직업적 웰빙과 노력의 지속성 순으로 소진의 하위요인인 개인적 성취감결여에 미치는 상대적 영향력이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아교사의 직업적 웰빙과 소진의 관계에서 그릿은 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 유아교사의 소진을 낮추어주기 위해서는 유아교사가 직업에 대한 웰빙을 느낄 수 있도록 환경을 구성하는 유아교육기관의 노력과 그릿을 기르기 위한 개인의 노력이 모두 필요함을 시사한다고 볼 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was done to highlight the importance of occupational well-being and grit of early childhood teachers and to reduce burnout experienced by early childhood teachers. To this end, a questionnaire survey was conducted with 300 early childhood teachers in early childhood education institutions located in the Busan and Kyungnam area, and the results were analyzed. The occupational well-being and grit of early childhood teachers are negatively correlated with burnout, and occupational well-being more than grit influences the burnout of early childhood teachers and their subordinate factors. In addition, grit was found to have a partial mediation role in the relationship between the occupational well-being and burnout of early childhood teachers. This suggests that both the efforts of early childhood education institutions to create an environment of feeling good about one’s job for early childhood teachers and the efforts of individual teachers to raise their grit are necessary to reduce the burnout of early childhood teachers.
