女性을 爲한 生活體操 考察 = Improvement of the Program on Physical Education for Women

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 신체적성에 알맞은 여성의 체력증진과 건강 관리를 위하여 누구나 즐겁게 생활속에서 할 수 있는 생활체조를 개발하는데 목적을 두었으며, 생활 체조 고안의 기본 원칙은 자연적이며 리드미컬한 움직임을 바탕에 두고 문명 발달로 인한 운동 부족과 스트레스를 해소시켜 주기 위하여 운동생리·운동역학 및 운동심리등의 스포오츠 과학에 기초를 두고 고안하였다.
생활 체조의 내용 구성은 맨손 체조로서 비교적 장소에 제한을 받지 않고 즐길 수 있도록 하였으며 체조의 기본인 swing, stretch, bouncing, side Bending, bodytwist, for-ward and Backward Swing sweeping등으로 구성했다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to develop a daiily gymnastic program of women for the improvement of physical aptitude. The daily gymnastic program was carried on with the emphasis on the rhythmical and natural movement.
Contents of this program was hand gymnastics based on the principles of the physiological exercise, kinesiology and psychology of the physical education.
The program courists of the basic movements, such as, swing, stretch, bouncing, side bending, body twist, forward and backward swing, sweeping.
