This study aims to analyze the resettlement programs on 45 Residential Environment Improvement Projects(REIPs) and to elicit policy implications. LH have supplied public rental housing located near each project as a temporary resettlement program during construction period. But we can find some limitations of it. Most of all, the main policy target is restricted to the residents who will have resettle to the project site. The temporary rent conditions depends on the type and the size of the rental housing which public implementor can supply at the site and the time . It is difficult to timely supply sufficient public rental housing. The accessibility of resettlement housing is an important to determine apply temporary resettlement program whether or not. On the base of case analysis, policy implications are as follows. First, the range of resettlement policy target has to be expanded to include the vulnerable. Second, the provision for the vulnerable groups as policy target is needed considering income, jobs, and age etc. Third, after resettlement additional support is needed to cover various cost increase due to resettlement. And the last, it is needed to consider private housing rent-supply method as one of resettlement programs beside public rental housing.
