문학확장활동 관련 연구 분석 -문학확장활동의 교육적 효과를 중심으로- = Educational Effects of Literature Extention Activities: A Revew on Research Papers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 문학확장활동을 활용한 국내 연구들을 대상으로, 각 연구들이 밝힌 문학확장활동의 교육적 효과를 분석하고 바람직한 문학확장활동의 방안을 제시하고자 실시되었다. 연구 결과, 관련 연구(56편)들이 제시하는 문학확장활동의 교육적 효과는 능력 증진(32편), 사고 및 행동 변화(16편), 능력 증진과 사고 및 행동 변화 (8편)의 순으로 나타났다. 그리고 관련 연구들이 활용한 문학 확장활동의 유형은 통합적 문학활동(22편)이 가장 많았으며, 그 다음이 토의하기(13편)였다. 또 통합적 문학확장활동은 능력증진에 효과적이며, 토의하기는 사고 및 행동 변화에 효과적인 활동유형으로 나타났다. 그리고 본 연구를 기초로 앞으로의 문학확장활동은 문학감상이 추구하는 목표가 달성될 수 있도록 보다 문학작품에 충실한 문학확장활동이 실행되어야 할 것을 제안하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The Purposes of this study are two- fold; one is to identify major findings of recent research papers on educational effect s of literature extending activities in Korea; the other is to suggest more desirable literature extending activities for early childhood education. For this purpose, 56 research papers are examined. The results are as follows: The 32 papers reported ``improvement in competence of children``, the 16 papers reported ``changes in thoughts and behaviors of children``, and the 8 papers reported both ``improvement in competence and changes in thoughts and behaviors`` as the educational effects of literature extending activities. Among Literature extending activities which are adopted by the researchers, the ``integral activity on literature`` was most frequently used, and the ``discussion on literature`` was the next. The 22 papers adopted the ``integral activity``, and the 13 papers adopted the ``discussion`` as literature extention activity. The ``integral activity`` was effective to improve ``competence``, and the ``discussion`` was effective to ``change thoughts and behaviors`` of children. It was suggested that literature extending activities for early childhood education should be implemented to enhance literature appreciation of children.
