한국시트콤 장르 경계(境界)와 특성에 관한 연구 : 코미디전통과 드라마형식의 접목성을 중심으로 = A study on the generic boundary and the characteristics of the sitcom in korea

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research is for analyzing the generic boundary and the categorization of the Korean sitcom. The daily TV sitcom, even though it has som vulgar point of traditional comedy shows, is dealt with unique story structures, characters, and technical production which make it different from any other former comedy show. This point is caused by the characteristics of the connection between drama form and comedt tradition. Typical type of the sitcom is mostly based on the structured plot. In the structured plot, the laugh is caused by the situation which detail set up. Sitcom is slightly different from traditional comedy and also other comedy drama types(The comic home drama or home comedy which is made by serial form of funniest contents). However, we have confused the sitcom with the other funniest drama types. Through this research, I tried to explore the difference between the sitcom and the other goners of comedy drama types: especially the home comedy or the comic home drama.
