      Application field improving progress of utilization technique and making rapid progress is broadened today, an enterprise, a government office and an educational office has utilized by certainly means of information processing and idea decision in possible. At the time, our government regularly has being to take effect computer education at a high school by order which educational foundation reorganized educational curriculum by 286th in 1971. But, the computer education was not obtain, if passed many time, reliable result to differed with the beginning enforcement object. According to, this experimental analysis has proposed methods of effective computer education more then a past that substitutable the future informational societies to be analyze present conditions of computer education of a technical high school in Chnnam State. By the method, this study was analyzed to set out the questionnaire to 50 person of teacher and 300 person of student and then analyzed to use SPSS withdrew 76% in the teacher and 86% in the student.
      These results were look into that;
      1. the theoretical educational course by reason of lacking specific knowledge of responsive teacher and educational institution,
      2. the insufficiency of concern mind of a responsible person of computer education,
      3. the problem by reason of anti-major of computer education teachet,
      4. the insufficiency and old of practical instruments,
      5. the reality lacking of accomplishment tests of computer.
      and may suggest that the several specificity device to solve the problem.
      First, each species package and communication educations were must be strengthening usable at industrial spot at the same time graduation to develop computer teacher with specific knowledge and educational instruments.
      Second, the joint with student and teacher was must be strengthening to make a point of necessary of computer education to computer administration persons.
      Third, the computer teacher must be receiving specific knowledge from reeducation and specialized education was must be carry as to adopt teacher that majored computer science.
      Finally, the accomplishment test about computer must be occurring new license also supply content to demand as necessary at informational society.
