Abstract : The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of organizational commitment in the effect of organizational justice perceived by MZ generation youth workers on innovative behavior. The subjects of this study were a total of 215 MZ generation youth workers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, and online surveys were conducted from March 4 to 31, 2023. The collected data were analyzed to multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 26.0 program. The results of this study were as follows. First, organizational justice perceived by the MZ generation youth workers had a statistically significant effect on innovative behavior. Final education, distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice showed a statistically significant effect on innovative behavior. Second, as a result of verifying the mediating effect of organizational commitment between organizational justice and innovative behavior perceived by MZ generation youth workers, organizational commitment showed a partial mediating effect between distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice and innovative behavior. The results of this study can be used as basic data to help design human management plans for MZ generation youth workers in youth training facilities.
