유아교사의 직무스트레스와 행복감 간의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 메타경로분석 = Relationship between job stress and early childhood teachers’ happiness: Meta-path analysis of resilience

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 메타경로분석을 활용하여 유아교사의 행복감에 영향을 미치는 직무스트레스와 회복탄력성의 영향 관계를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2010년부터 2022년 12월까지 최근 12년간 국내에서 출간된 유아교사의 행복감 관련 연구논문 중 직무스트레스 또는 회복탄력성 간의 상관관계 r 값이 제시된 61편의 논문을 대상으로 하였다. 메타경로분석을 위해 먼저 메타분석으로 효과크기를 산출한 후, 구조방정식을 활용하여 경로분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 직무스트레스와 회복탄력성은 교사의 행복감에 직접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 직무스트레스는 회복탄력성을 매개하여 행복감에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 행복감과 직무스트레스 및 회복탄력성 간의 관계에 대한 개별 연구들의 결과를 수집하여 상이한 효과크기를 체계적인 분석을 통해 종합적인 결론을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위한 분석방법으로는 메타분석과 구조방정식모형을 통합한 메타경로분석 방법을 활용하여 유아교사의 행복감과 관련된 변인의 영향을 밝힌 것에 의의가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study uses meta-path analysis to verify the relationship between job stress and resilience that affects early childhood teachers’ happiness. Among research papers on the happiness of such teachers published in Korea over the past 12 years from 2010 to December 2022, a total of 61 papers that presented an r-value of the correlation between job stress or resilience were targeted. For meta-path analysis, the effect size was first calculated through meta-analysis, and path analysis was performed using structural equations modeling. Job stress and resilience have a direct effect on teachers' sense of happiness, and job stress has an indirect effect on happiness through mediation of resilience. The result of individual studies on the relationship between happiness, job stress and resilience were examined via meta-path analysis to draw comprehensive conclusions through systematic analysis of different effect sizes. The specific analysis method is significant in that it reveals the influence of variables related to the happiness of teachers via a meta-analysis that integrates meta-analysis and structural equation modeling.
