위성 운영 궤도 데이터 양식의 국제 표준화 동향 = International Standard Format of Orbit Data for Satellite Mission Operations

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문에서는 위성 운영 시에 여러 기관 간에 교환할 수 있는 궤도 데이터 양식의 표준화 현황을 분석하였다. 궤도 데이터 표준화는 우주 관련 정보의 상호 교환을 촉진할 목적으로 데이터 표준 개발에 참여한 기관의 국제 조직인 우주 데이터 시스템 자문 위원회(CCSDS)에서 작성, 배포하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 표준 데이터로 사용되고 있는 궤도 파라미터 메시지, 평균궤도 메시지, 시간에 따른 궤도 메시지, 근접정보 메시지, 위성추적 메시지의 특징 및 활용 방안을 분석하였다. 향후 위성운영 분야의 국제협력 다변화 등을 고려할 때 중장기적으로 궤도데이터 표준화 등이 더욱 강조될 것으로 예상됨에 따라 이에 대한 대비가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The standardization of the orbit data for satellite operation is analyzed in this paper. The set of orbit-related data messages defined by the Consultative Committee for Space Data Systems (CCSDS) is the baseline concept for trajectory representation in data interchange application, which are cross-supported between agencies. The format, application, and examples of the orbit-related data messages including the Orbit Parameter Message, the Orbit Mean-Elements Message, the Orbit Ephemeris Message, the Conjunction Data Message, and the Tracking Data Message are introduced and analyzed. In order to support international cooperation and inter-operability in satellite operations and orbit data exchange in the near future, the standard format of orbit data should be well-prepared in accordance with the relevant recommendations.
