무인기 공역통합운용 연구 동향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

무인기의 활용은 군용에서 민간분야로 확대되고 있다. 이러한 민간분야 수요는 무인기에 대한 공역운용을 요구하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 무인기의 공역운용을 위해서는 극복해야 할 기술적 문제들이 있기에, 많은 연구들이 여러 나라에서 수행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 세계적인 인증당국들의 무인기 공역진입을 위한 법규제정 노력, 연구동향 및 해결해야 할 문제점들을 소개하고 있다. 이러한 동향파악을 통해 우리는 우리가 수행해야 하는 것, 정부가 지원해야 하는 분야 및 이러한 노력이 왜 중요한지를 알 수 있다. 이 부분에 대한 관심 없이는 우리의 항공분야 연구 및 항공산업은 커다란 문제에 봉착하게 될 것이다. 본 논문이 더 늦기 전에 국가적 관심과 투자를 이끌어내는 계기가 되었으면 한다.

UAS usage is expanded from the military area to the civil one. This demand requests to open the airspace to the UAS. But there are several technical huddles to be overcome, so many researches are performed at many countries. In this paper, worldwide agencies endeavor for regulations, researches and problems to be solved are introduced. From these reviews, we can be found what we should do, what the government supports and why this is so important issues. Without concerns about this issue, our aerospace research and industry will be faced in big trouble. I hope that this paper leads to a national concern and investment before too late.
