      As a review of literature about physical activity and exercise effect on senescent Alzheimer's disease, following conclusions are drawn. Recovering the low knowledge function by aging as brain nerves cells
      production reduce rate. The low-intense or mid-intense jogging is good for the prevention of Alzheimer’s disease in terms of memory improvement and other low-intense physical activities and exercise such as walking, stroll, riding a bicycle or playing golf are also beneficial. It alleviates nerve cell degradation and ameliorates neural plasticity for Alzheimer’s disease affected patients. Alzheimer’s type dementia by promoting the development of physical․social․functional characteristics and by
      extending schools’ physical education to the lifelong physical sports from infant to young people in order for people to make a lifestyle.
