Objective: Learning the effects of trunk stability exercise on the trunk muscle endurance, control ability and balance with stroke patient. Method: 59-year-old man with left middle cerebral artery infarction. Muscle endurance, back performance scale(BPS), trunk impairment scale(TIS), modified functional reach test(MFRT), one leg stand test(OLS) and Berg balance scale(BBS) were measured. Results: Muscle endurance, BPS, TIS, MFRT, OLS and BBS are increased in order to trunk muscle endurance, control ability and balance. Conclusion: The results supported the effects of trunk stability exercise on the improvement of the trunk muscle, endurance, control ability and balance with stroke patient.
