高層事務所 建築에서 주된 垂直動線 要素는 엘리베이터이므로 建築計劃에서의 엘리베이터 계획은 매우 중요한 要素이다. 따라서 엘리베이터 계획은 건축의 규모, 목적, 성질, 입지조건 등으로 부터 건축물내의 이용자 인구, 엘리베이터 交通量 등을 推定하여 해당 건물이 필요로 하는 輸送能力 및 待期期間을 만족하고 비용이 최소한이 될 수 있도록 정확한 資料를 基礎로한 신중한 계획이 요구된다.
그리고 고층사무소 건축의 Core 내에서 엘리베이터는 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있다. 이는 고층건축이 될 수 있는 것은 계획에 있어서 엘리베이터가 중요한 수직동선을 담당하고 있기 때문이다.
이에 본 논문에서는 대구시내 건물높이 31m이상의 고층사무소 건물 21棟을 Model로 선정하여 이 중 6棟 건물을 대상으로, 기존의 엘리베이터 算定 방식이 Peak Time 대 5분간 수송능력을 만족 시킬수 있도록 정확한 자료를 導出하고자 하였다.

As the main vertical circulation factor of high rise office building is an elevator, the plan of elevator is very important. So the plan meets the requirements to study thoroughly by acurate data to satisfy transport capacity and wating time which the building needs, and minimize the costs by calculating the number of elevator users in the building, the traffic volume of elevator by the size, objects, nature and conditions of location.
And the elevator in the core of high rise-building makes an important role. For the plan of high rise building, the elevator makes an good role on vertical circulation.
Therefore the thesis took 21 model buildings among the high rise building beyond 31m height in Taegu district. and made 6 building among 21 objects of the study and tried to calculate the acurate data which the existing calculating methods for elevator satisfy the transport capacity for 5 minutes at peak time.
However, since the current regulations meet the requirements of the legal minimum standard, if these inconsistencies don't make any change, the improvement in quality for vertical circulation in the building will be never made. So for the effective plan of the vertical circulation, the existing regulations will have to be improved.
The plan of improvement for calculating the number and the display of elevators as follows;
1) The subdivision of the classification of uses for control: For the effective analysis of the transport volume, the classifications of controlling uses for exclusive, semi-exclusive, and exclusive rent office building have to be subdivided into small sections each.
2) The need for study on analysis of acurate data: the improvement of selection for zoning is needed to get out of just the increase of the volume of elevators and to increase the total efficiency such as the methods of operation.
3) Calculating the numbers of elevators: under the current regulations, the calculation of the numbers of elevators is made by the size of the building, so the nature and function of the occupants of the buildings is often ignored.
The acurate data which is compared and selected the proper size of the display of elevator to meet the requirements of users by calculating the various kinds of the size of elevators in high rise office building in a short time will be effective for the future plan.
