Many consumers consider cars as necessaries that play the role of not only their intimate friends but also their feet. However there are few of the studies on the consumers's recognition of car insurance problem.
The questions of this study are as follows : First, what is the recognition of the car insurance problem? Second, what are differences on the recognition of the car insurance problem according to the socio-economic variables? Third, how is the relationship between the recognition of the car insurance problem and the socio-economic variables?
The major findings of this study were summarized as follows : There were significant differences on the recognition of the car insurance problem according to the socio-economic variables. There was significant relationship between the recognition of the car insurance problem and the socio-economic variables.
Based on the above findings, the study on the problem of the car insurance in the view of consumers should be researched.
