요트 선수의 경쟁상태불안이 경기력에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of Sailors' Competitive State Anxiety on the Perfomance

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 요트선수의 경쟁상태불안이 경기력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 제10회 해군참모총장배 전국요트대회에 참가한 중·고교, 대학, 실업 요트선수 선수 70명을 무작위로 선정하였다. 본 연구는 요트선수의 경기 전 경쟁상태불안을 측정하기 위하여 인지적 상태불안 측정 9개 문항, 신체적 상태불안 측정 9개 문항, 상태자신감 측정 9개 문항인 총 27개 문항으로 구성된 경쟁상태불안 검사지(CSAI-2)를 사용하였다. 본 연구는 요트선수의 종목과 기능수준에 따른 경쟁상태불안 및 경력과 소속에 차이를 알아보기 위해 실시하였으며 연구결과 요트선수의 경쟁상태불안이 소속, 경력, 기능수준 등에서 경기력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 연구결과를 바탕으로 요트선수의 경기력 향상에 도움이 될 수 있는 기초 자료로 활용하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of sailors' competitive state anxiety on the performance. Sixty-nine high school, university and business-based team sailors who were registered to The 10th of the Chief of naval operations' Korean national championship were randomly recruited for this study. In order to check the sailors' anxiety form the competition, the CSAI-2 test was used. It was composed of 27 questions covering the cognitive and physical anxieties, and state-confidence respectively with 9 questions.
