누리과정 기반 심리운동 프로그램이 발달지체 유아의 사회능력에 미치는 효과 = Effects of Nuri Curriculum-Based Psychomotor Program on the Social Skills of Preschoolers with Developmental Delay

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a Nuri curriculum-based psychomotor program on the social skills of preschoolers with developmental delay. The subjects in this study were 30 preschoolers with developmental delay in daycare center inclusive classes in the city of Seoul. After an experimental group and a control group were organized with 15 preschoolers respectively, the experimental group participated in a psychomotor program based on the social relationship section of the Nuri curriculum 30 times in optional classes during a 20-week period of time.
The psychomotor program based on the Nuri curriculum was found to be effective at boosting the social skills of the preschoolers with developmental delay. In addition, the program was found to exert a positive influence on the improvement of their interaction with others, display of emotion, self-concept, coping function and social role performance, which were the subfactors of social skills.
The findings of the study illustrated that the psychomotor program based on the Nuri curriculum had a positive impact on the improvement of the social skills of the preschoolers with developmental delay.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 누리과정 기반 심리운동 프로그램이 발달지체 유아의 사회능력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 서울시 소재 통합 어린이집 통합학급에 재원중인 발달지체 유아 30명을 선정하여 실험집단과 통제집단에게 각각 15명을 배치하였다. 이중 실험집단에게는 20주 동안에 자유선택활동 시간을 이용하여 누리과정 사회관계를기반으로 한 심리운동 프로그램을 총 30회 실시하였다. 그 결과, 누리과정 기반 심리운동 프로그램은 발달지체 유아의 사회능력 향상에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사회능력 하위영역인 타인과의 상호작용, 감정․정서표현, 자아개념, 대처기능 및 사회적 역할 향상에 긍정적인영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 이상과 같은 본 연구결과를 볼 때, 누리과정 기반 심리운동 프로그램은 발달지체 유아의 사회능력을 향상시키는데 긍정적인 영향을 미침을 알 수 있다.
