4-hydroxybutyl acrylate와 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate의 합성 = Synthesis of 4-hydroxybutyl acrylate and 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate

국문 초록 (Abstract)

소비가 급격히 증가되고 있는 U.V. 경화형 도료의 원료로 사용되고 있는 아크릴계 다량 체인 4-hydroxybutyl acrylate와 1,6-hexanecliol diacrylate를 다양한 반응조건에서 합성허고 분리하여 최적의 합성조건을 선정하였다. 4-hydroxybutyl acrylate를 합성해서 butanediol : acrylic acid를 1.5 : 1로 하고 반응용매로 toluene을, 촉매로 황산을, 금지제로 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol과 Cu-powder를 첨가하는 반응 조건이 최적조건이었다.

Acrylic monomers such as 4-hydroxybutyl acrylate and 1,6-hexanecliol diacrylate that used for the composition of UV curable coating material were synthesis by the optimized reaction condition. The best reaction condition was as follows respectively : In the synthesis of 4-hydroxybutyl acrylate ; reactant : BD : AA = 1.5 : I, solvent : toluene, catalyst : sulfuric acid, inhibitors: HQ / CPo In the synthesis of 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate ; reactant: HD : AA = 1 : 2.2, solvent : toluene, catalyst : sulfuric acid, inhibitors : CP / DTBMP.
