대학생의 성인애착과 성적 자기주장 간의 관계에서 거절민감성과 단절 및 거절도식의 매개효과: 성별에 따른 차이를 중심으로 = The Mediating Effect of Rejection Sensitivity and Disconnect/Reject Scheme in the Relationship between Adult Attachment and Sexual Assertiveness of College Students: Focusing on Gender Difference

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of rejection sensitivity(RS) and disconnection/rejection scheme(DRS) in the relationship between adult attachment and sexual assertiveness of university students and to identify gender differences. Adult attachment was divided into attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance; sexual assertiveness was divided into rejection of sexual contact, prevention of pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases(STD), and claim of sexual contact. The significance of structural relationships and mediating effects were confirmed through multi-group analysis. The analyzed results showed that the mediating effect of RS and DRS were significant in the relationship between adult attachment and sexual assertiveness. In addition, significant differences between male and female students were identified in the path from attachment anxiety to RS, DRS, and in the path from RS to DRS. Based on the results, academic and counseling implications were derived and suggestions for future studies were proposed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구목적은 대학생의 성인애착과 성적 자기주장 간의 관계에서 거절민감성과 단절 및 거절도식의 매개효과와 성차를 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위해 서울 및 수도권 대학교에 재학 중인 383명(여 278명, 72.6%)을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0과 Mplus 7.2를 통해 분석하였다. 성인애착을 애착불안과 애착회피로 구분하였으며, 성적 자기주장을 성적 접촉 거절, 임신 및 성병예방, 성적 접촉 주장으로 나누어 구조적 관계와 매개효과의 유의성을 확인했고, 다집단분석을 통해 성별에 따른 구조모형의 차이를 탐색하였다. 분석결과 대학생의 애착불안과 애착회피에서 거절민감성, 단절 및 거절도식에 미치는 경로가 유의하게 나타났으며, 거절민감성에서 단절 및 거절도식과 성적 접촉 거절, 성적 접촉 주장에 미치는 경로, 단절 및 거절도식에서 임신 및 성병예방에 미치는 경로가 유의하였다. 애착불안과 애착회피가 단절 및 거절도식을 매개하여 임신 및 성병예방에 미치는 경로가 유의하였고, 애착불안이 거절민감성을 매개하여 성적 접촉 거절과 성적 접촉 주장에 미치는 경로가 유의했다. 또한 애착불안에서 거절민감성, 단절 및 거절도식에 미치는 경로와 거절민감성에서 단절 및 거절도식에 미치는 경로에서 성차가 확인되었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 선행연구와의 관련성과 학술적, 상담적 시사점을 도출하였으며, 추후 연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.
