중고등학교 정보화 교육 기반시설의 문제점과 개선방안 = Controversial points and Reform measures about the basic equipments of Informatization education in the middle and high schools

국문 초록 (Abstract)

우리나라 대부분의 교육기관은 교육전산망을 통해 인터넷에 연결되어 있으나, 실질적으로 초중등 학교간의 정보통신망 이용 환경은 열악하여 저속의 전용망을 이용하는 수준에 머무르고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 강조되고 있는 정보화 교육을 제대로 실시하기에는 어려운 점이 많다. 본문에서는 제 7차 교육과정에서 강조하고 있는 정보화 교육 과정에 적합한 효율적인 전산망 기반 시선의 운영에 대하여 조사 연구하였다.

Every educational institutes in our country are connected each other with internet lines but their low-level usage environment causes the speed of information-communication net to be slow. Therefore we confront many difficult barriers to operate the highlighted informatization education. In this paper, I examined and studied the effective operation solutions about basic equipment of electronic net.
