국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 한국간호교육평가원에서 요구하는 간호학 학사학위 프로그램에서 학습성과를 기반으로 하여 P대학교 간호학과 핵심역량 기반 학습성과를 체계적으로 평가하기 위한 평가체계를 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 핵심역량 기반 학습성과 평가체계 구축을 위한 배경과 지식을 탐구하고 프로그램 학습성과를 달성하기 위하여 평가체계 및 평가사례를 제시하는 방법론적 연구이다. 평가체계의 이론적 타당성을 확보하기 위해 “건강증진과 건강문제 해결을 위해 보건의료팀과의 협력”에 대한 개념의 속성 간 관계를 분석하고 교과목의 학습목표에 따라 졸업시점 프로그램 학습성과 평가체계 및 교과목 학습성과 평가체계를 구축하였다. 개발된 학습성과 평가체계는 교육과정에 적극 활용할 수 있으며 간호학생의 보건의료팀과의 협력에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

This study aims to develop an assessment system to systematically evaluate the core competency-based learning outcomes of department of nursing in P University. This methodological study explores the background and knowledge necessary for establishing a core competency-based learning outcomes assessment system and presents an evaluation framework and case studies to achieve program learning outcomes. To ensure the theoretical validity of the assessment system, the study analyzes the relationships among the attributes of the concept "collaboration with the healthcare team for health promotion and problem-solving" and establishes an evaluation system for both graduation-level program learning outcomes and course-level learning outcomes based on course objectives. The developed learning outcomes assessment system can be actively utilized in the curriculum and is expected to contribute to nursing students' collaboration with the healthcare team.
