대학생의 시간전망, 진로결정자기효능감 및 진로미결정의 관계

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 대학생을 대상으로 시간전망, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로미결정의 관계를 확인하기 위한 것이다. 특히 시간전망 개념에 초점을 두어 진로결정자기효능감과 진로미결정과의 관계를 확인하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 남녀 대학생 371명이었고 연구도구로는 진로 미결정 척도, 진로결정자기효능감 척도, Wallace(1960)의 이론을 바탕으로 측정된 시간전망 척도를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료 분석을 위하여 T-검증, 상관분석, 중다회귀분석, 매개효과 검증을 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시간전망, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로미결정에 있어서 시간전망 하위척도 중 시간길이와 진로결정자기효능감 하위척도 중 미래계획에서만 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 남자 대학생이 여자대학생보다 높았다. 둘째, 상관분석을 실시한 결과, 진로미결정을 포함하여 시간전망과 진로결정자기효능감에서 통계적으로 유의미한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 위계적 중다회귀분석 결과, 시간전망 하위요인 중 응집성과 진로결정자기효능감이 진로미결정에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 매개효과 분석 결과, 진로결정자기효능감이 응집성과 진로미결정의 관계를 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 대학생들의 진로 미결정 상태를 이해하여 상담장면에서 적용할 수 있을 것이다. 특히, 시간전망을 적용하여 진로미결정을 호소하는 내담자를 이해할 수 있다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship among time perspective, career decision-making self-efficacy and career indecision of college students. especially focusing on the concept of time protective, I wanted to make sure the relationship between career decision-making self-efficacy and career indecision. The participants in this study were 371 collage students(male and female) and the career decision scale(CDS), career decision-making self-efficacy scale(CDMSES-SF) were used for this study. time perspective is measured based on the wallace(1960) theory. For data analysis, t-test, correlational analysis, multi regression analysis, mediating analysis were used.
The major results are as follows: First the result showed significant mean difference on time length of time perspective and future plan of career decision-making self-efficacy and male college students have higher than female college students. Second, in relations between time perspective and career decision-making self-efficacy with career indecision, there was statistically significant correlation. Third, the results of hierarchial regression analysis, coherence of time perspective variables and career decision self-efficacy is a significant impact on career indecision. Finally, the results of mediating effect, career decision-making self-efficacy was fully mediated with coherence and career indecision.
These results would help understanding the career indecision of college students and could be applied in counseling sessions. In particular, in terms of understanding clients with career indecision by applying time perspective which is a somewhat new variables, it is meaningful.
