특허분석을 이용한 당업자 수준에서의 Coconut Oil 추출기 개발에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Development of Coconut Oil Extractor at the Level of the Skilled Person using Patent Analysis

In this paper, in relation to the Appropriate technology, the preceding technology investigation and patent technology classification are carried out in the Coconut Oil extractor. The national scope of patent search was developed as part of the knowledge property sharing project, which was developed using domestic technology, so the KIPRIS search engine was used. The keywords are proper technology, coconut oil, dairy products, research on prior technology and patent search.
The technology classification of patents was based on the assumption that the extraction of fat and wax from food or grain was not by chemical methods but by physical forces or temperatures. The entire valid patent was classified by function. Among them, patents including the press method or the screw method, which were both suited for appropriate technology, were analyzed with emphasis. Since patent specifications should be listed so that they can be easily carried out by a person skilled in the relevant field of technology, it proposed research opportunities and concepts on the development of the screw-type Coconut Oil extractor because the same kind of patent analysis can identify the characteristics of the technology even if the person is not skilled in the relevant field.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문에서는 적정기술과 관련하여 Coconut Oil 추출기에 있어 선행기술조사와 특허 기술 분류를 진행한다. 특허검색에서의 국가 범위는 국내 기술을 활용하여 개발하는 지식재산 나눔 사업의 목적으로 개발하고 있기에 한국으로, 검색엔진은 KIPRIS를 사용하였다. 키워드는 적정기술, 코코넛오일, 착유기, 선행기술조사, 특허검색이다. 특허의 기술 분류는 식품이나 곡류 등에서 지방 및 왁스 등을 추출함에서 화학적 방식이 아닌 물리적인 힘이나 온도를 가하는 방식을 전제로 하였다. 전체 유효특허를 기능별로 분류하였다. 그중 적정기술에 적합한 프레스 방식이나 스크루 방식을 포함하는 특허를 중점으로 분석하였다. 특허 명세서는 당업자가 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 기재해야 하므로 같은 부류의 특허를 분석하면 당업자가 아니더라도 해당 기술의 특성을 파악할 수 있어서 이를 통해 스크류 방식의 Coconut Oil 추출기 개발에 관한 연구 및 개념을 제안하였다.
